Spacious studio with balcony (Vineyard 71)

Positive: It was as described. Forgot the additional requested pillow though which isnt a big deal.

The place was clean, and it was easy too get where we were going. The having was nice, and it has easy access to shops and the train station.

Central location and the balcony with view was amazing. Right by the tram stop made getting around easy. Buy a cheap 24 hour Zurich pass to get around!

A well-located apartment with nice views; amenities could be improved Positive: Location: The apartment is situated in a fairly quiet part of the city, just a 10-minute walk from ETH Zurich and the central station. There’s a small café within the building; other cafés, restaurants, and amenities are also within a 10-minute walk (often uphill) or a short tram ride away. The tram stop is located right outside the building; public transportation in Zürich is exceptionally efficient. The apartment is on a high floor, and with the windows closed, there’s no street noise at all. The terrace offers a lovely view of the city. Communication with the Host: The host responded promptly but, unfortunately, communication was not very efficient. The owner manages the apartment remotely, which resulted in a lot of back-and-forth between the owner and the local team. For example, the induction stove wasn’t working when I arrived and wasn’t fixed until the third day of my stay. That said, the local housekeeping team was friendly and helpful. Amenities: The apartment is well-stocked with most essentials a traveler might need, though shower gel and shampoo were not provided. Contrary to the listing, there is no washing machine in the apartment. There may be a coin-operated laundry facility in the building, but I didn’t have a chance to check.
